Two versions, both called final.
One desk for the whole studio Clients, Schedules, Work hours, Deadlines, Team tracking, Invoices.
Making the work is the part you are good at. NarneTech.Social handles everything around it, so the admin stops eating your week.
entered once as a client — carried all the way to the invoice
Nobody leaves this job
because the work got hard
They leave because the admin ate the week. The shoot was fine. The edit was fine. What broke was everything around it — the brief nobody could find, the hours nobody logged, the invoice nobody sent.
Here is where a studio's week actually lives right now.
Written at midnight, lost by Tuesday.
Named v2_new_FINAL_ok.mp4.
The only copy of the deadline.
Rebuilt from scratch every month.

Filled in on Friday, from memory.

Put all of it on one desk
One desk
The same client record carries its briefs, its calendar slots, the hours spent on it and the invoice it becomes. Enter it once. Find it everywhere it matters.
Six modules, all on every plan
Plans differ by how many clients and people you run through them — never by which modules you are allowed to open.

A week on the desk
One reel, for one brand, from the day the deal is agreed to the day the invoice is paid. Nothing gets re-typed, re-uploaded or re-explained on the way.
The deal is agreed
A brand signs for six reels a month. The rate card and retainer terms go on the client record, so nobody has to remember what was promised.
The brief goes out
Hook, references, aspect ratio and deadline, assigned to an editor. The shoot files attach to the brief instead of a drive folder nobody can find.
The month gets planned
Six slots go on the calendar across the brand's channels. You can see the clash with another client's launch before it becomes a problem.
The hours get logged
Timers run against the task. By Thursday you know this reel has cost six hours, and what that does to the retainer's margin.
The cut is approved
Version three is reviewed and signed off inside your team, with the note pinned to the exact frame that changed. Then it goes to the client the way you already send things.
It goes out
The reminder fires, someone posts it, and the link goes back on the slot. Nothing is lost between the plan and the post.
It becomes an invoice
Delivered work and logged hours roll into the invoice. If it goes unpaid, the follow-up reminder is already scheduled.
Two things we
are still drawing
Plenty of platforms list these as features long before they work. We would rather you knew exactly what you are buying today, so these are on the roadmap and nowhere else on this site.
Automatic publishing
Today the Calendar plans the work and reminds you when a slot is due — you post from the platform's own app and mark it done. Publishing straight from NarneTech.Social is being built next.
Client logins
Today you review and approve inside your own team, then send the client the cut however you already do. A branded space where clients sign off themselves is coming after publishing.
Both arrive as part of your existing plan when they ship. No upgrade, no separate add-on, no price change for anyone already on board.
Made here, for how it works here
Built in India, for India
Rupee pricing, GST-ready invoices, Indian festival and campaign seasons in the calendar, and support in your working hours — not a US product with a currency switcher.
All six modules on every plan
Plans differ by how many clients and people you run through them. A solo creator gets the same briefs, calendar and timesheets an agency does.
We say what is not built
Automatic publishing and client logins are on the roadmap, not in the product. You will not find them dressed up as features anywhere on this site.
Your records, exportable
Clients, briefs, calendars, invoices and timesheets export as CSV or JSON whenever you want. Leaving should be possible, so staying is a choice.
Rupees. No surprises.
Every plan carries all six modules. Pay monthly, or pay for the year and keep 20%. Fourteen days free first, no card.

Straight answers
Does it post to Instagram and YouTube for me?
Not yet, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Today the Calendar plans the slot and reminds you when it is due; you post from the platform's own app and mark it done with the link. Automatic publishing is in development and will arrive as part of your plan when it ships.
Can my clients log in and approve work?
Not yet. Review and sign-off happen inside your team, and you share the approved cut with the client however you do today. Client logins are in development and will follow automatic publishing.
So what does it actually do right now?
It runs the business behind the content: your brands and retainers, briefs and drafts with version history, a planning calendar across clients, task boards and timesheets, team roster with attendance and leave, and an Academy for training new hires. Six modules, all included in every plan.
Who is it for?
Content creators and influencers running their own brand deals, digital marketing agencies handling several clients at once, and ad agencies with larger rosters and approval chains. If your work is making content for other people, it is built for you.
What does the yearly discount work out to?
Twenty percent off. Creator drops from ₹1,999 to ₹1,599 a month, Agency from ₹4,999 to ₹3,999, and Studio from ₹9,999 to ₹7,999. You are billed once for the year and keep roughly two months of fees.
Can I move my existing work in?
Yes. Bring clients, contacts, rate cards and your current content plan in by CSV. Assets and SOPs upload straight into Studio and Academy. On the Studio plan our team runs the import with you and checks it before you switch over.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, in either direction, from your billing settings. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export it. Clients, briefs, calendars, invoices, timesheets and team records all come out as CSV or JSON, and there is no export fee. We would rather earn the renewal than trap the records.
Give the admin somewhere to live
Fourteen days, all six modules, no card. Move one client across and see what the week looks like when it is all in one place.
